We want your cat to love Gecko Rush as much as we do. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a full refund.

**How to request a refund:**
1. Email us at support@dovarra.com with your order number.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with simple return instructions.
3. Once your return is confirmed, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

**Conditions:**
- Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- If your item arrived damaged or defective, you don't need to return it — just email us a photo and we'll refund or replace it immediately, your choice.
- Return shipping for non-defective items is paid by the customer.

**Damaged or wrong item?**
Email hello@dovarra.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return required.
